Deidra is an international vocalist and entertainer whose stage energy and powerhouse delivery keep audiences engaged from the first note to the final encore. Her creativity, talent, and professionalism shine in every setting—from gospel-rooted performances to high-impact live shows that move people and drive memorable nights out.
Born in America, Deidra knew at a young age that singing wasn’t only what she wanted to do—it was something she had to do. What began as singing in front of the bathroom mirror quickly turned into a serious calling, building a career designed for major stages and sold-out moments.
Vocal Training, Gospel Foundation, and Early Performance
Before age fifteen, Deidra developed her craft through church gospel, international honor choirs, theatrical productions, talent shows, playing trumpet, and studio sessions. The result is a sound that’s polished, versatile, and built for live impact—bold when it needs to hit, controlled when it needs to captivate.
She began her professional journey performing at community functions, then expanded into the music sector of the Army, launching her path toward international touring and high-profile vocal features.
International Stage Experience
Deidra has shared the stage with industry icons including Patti Austin, Elton John, Michael Jackson, and the dance duo La Bouche. That level of experience translates into one thing for event buyers: a performer who commands the room, elevates the production, and delivers show-stopping moments that guests remember—and talk about.
She has also performed as lead vocalist with The Weather Girls and Technotronic, and supported major acts including Randy Crawford, Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Chaka Khan, Shirley Caesar, and Lou Bega.
In Europe, she is a featured vocalist with German pop-dance act Tiefschwarz, drum & bass act Fauna Flash, and RTL’s “90s Pop Years” project with M-Express, remaking the La Bouche hit “Sweet Dreams.”
Featured vocals, Recordings, and Commercial Work
Deidra’s recording credits include her self-titled release featuring jazz trumpeter Till Bröner, along with the dance track Let the Music Play. She brings versatility across gospel, pop, dance, and theatrical storytelling—perfect for events that need range without sacrificing polish.
On the commercial side, she recorded the theme song for Davidoff “Good Life” perfume and provided voice identifiers for Planet Radio (Germany). She has also worked with European gospel groups including Golden Gospel Singers and The Jackson Singers (Germany).
Her acting and vocal skills were showcased in Germany through a theatrical musical production portraying the life story of Mahalia Jackson.
